Candy Blocks support
Help for the iPhone game by Jordy de Koning. Candy Blocks is coming soon on the App Store, for iOS 17 or later. Android is planned for later and is not available yet.
How do the two boards work together?
Tap two neighbouring sweets, or swipe between them, to make a match of three or more. Matches charge block releases; some combinations release blocks straight away. Move and rotate each falling block, then drop it. Clearing full rows sends a Sugar Pulse back to the candy plate to clear candies and help your goals.
Finish every listed goal before running out of candy moves, and keep the block stack below the top. Block actions do not spend candy moves. Endless unlocks after level 6 and has no candy move limit. Use How to play on Home to repeat the lessons.
Can I slow things down or change the feedback?
Settings includes Relaxed Assist for slower blocks and more time to place them. Assisted best scores are kept separately from Standard records. Changing assistance during a run asks you to confirm a restart of that run; completed levels and existing best scores stay saved.
You can turn candy patterns, Reduce motion and idle hints on or off, and set music, sound effects and haptics independently. The menus provide accessibility labels and support larger text; the two live gameplay boards require visual play and do not provide a full nonvisual gameplay mode.
How do I pause, continue or retry?
Pause to take a break. If you leave the app during a run, Continue offers the saved run when you return. Play resumes after a countdown. Restart begins the current level again; Quit leaves it. Completed levels, best scores and preferences stay saved on this device.
Retries are unlimited and free. No account or internet connection is needed, and there are no purchases, energy or lives to wait for.
What if saving fails or a save needs recovery?
The game tells you if saving fails. Choose Retry saving, or choose to play without saving until storage works again. Check that your device has available storage. Keep the app installed while investigating a save problem: deleting it may remove local progress.
Previous local recovery copies can help if a save is interrupted or damaged. Recovery is not guaranteed, and the developer cannot retrieve your local save remotely. Candy Blocks has no account or developer cloud-sync service. Your operating system may restore app data from its own backups, depending on your settings. See the privacy policy for local storage and backup details.
